Admission Brochure for admission to Diploma (Engg.), Diploma (Engg.) (Lateral Entry), Diploma (Pharmacy) & Diploma (Management) in Haryana for session 2011-12 has been released.
Eligibility for Matric Based Diploma Courses
Pass in 10th examination from Board of School Education, Haryana, or equivalent examination from a recognized board/ university with 35% marks - (Subject to change by State Govt. decision if any)
BASIS OF ADMISSIONS : The admission to Diploma (Engg.) courses will be on the basis of DET - 2011 Ranks based on inter-se Merit of DET - 2011
For candidates obtaining equal marks in DET - 2011 merits, the candidate with higher marks in Math will be placed at higher Rank. If the candidate has same marks in Math, the candidate having higher marks in science will be placed at higher Rank. For the candidate having same marks in science, the candidate having higher marks in English will be placed at higher Rank. For the candidate having same marks in English the candidate having high marks in General Awareness and Aptitute will be placed at higher rank. For candidate having same marks in general Awareness and Aptitute, senior in age will be placed at higher Rank.
