The expectation of the salaried class is always in respect of tax limit. All the people belonging to the salaried class desire a greater exemption limit in respect of their salary. Added to it, their expectation is also high on exemption limit in respect of their insurance which is currently 20%. The salaried class people wants the applicable tax slab as per the new direct tax code (DTC) which provides them with better relief and investment opportunities.

Qualities of products are also a concern for all with the price.

The basic expectation of the farmer section is to obtain a reasonable amount from the government for their produce. The farmer section is the worst suffers in cases of drought as they hardly have an opportunity to earn from elsewhere. Added to it, they also expect government to provide them with better quality of fertilizers and seeds in order to maximize their produce. They are safe from taxation point of view as their income is exempted.
Students of the country also have a demand and expectation from their own point of view. They expect the educational loans to get cheaper so that they can pursue higher education and excel at their zone of study. Added to it, the students also expect a uniform board to be established in all over the country in order to ensure that there is no differentiation in the marks and percentages of different states.
Hence, every section of the society has a different expectation from the society and the government should try to fulfill most of them in the upcoming budget of 2011-12
