How to apply to get PAN Card
Now a days it is compulsory for everyone to have a PAN Card. If you have invested your amount in Banks, Mutual Funds, Shares PAN Card is very much needed for all transactions. The following are the requirements to get a PAN Card. In the Banks, if you have a FDR and you did not supmit the photocopy of your PAN Card a flat 20% of tax will be deducted by the Bank at source.
First of all Download the FORM 49A from here.
The form must be Fill in with the BLACK PEN only.
1. One recent passport size photograph
2. Your Identity Proof.
3. Your residence proof.
That's All.
GoTo your nearby NSDL authorised centre. Submit the Form.
You will get your PAN Card at your Home/ Office address as mentioned in the form.
